Property Editor - Configurations

Prior to using the iPropWiz Property Editor ( PE ) for the first time you must use the iPropWiz Configuration Editor ( CE ) to specify the folder where iPropWiz configurations will be stored, and to create at least one iPropWiz configuration. When you first start the PE you are prompted to select the configurations folder. When the PE opens you are prompted to select an iPropWiz configuration from the drop down list located on the left end of the toolbar.

The following image outlines the tools for managing the active iPropWiz configuration.

	Browse for configurations folder
	The iPropWiz configurations folder is selected before the iPropWiz Property Editor is first opened. If required, you can click this button to browse for a new location where the configurations are stored. Contact your iPropWiz administrator for information on this location.

	Configuration selection
	Select an iPropWiz configuration from the drop down list. This configuration will be loaded automatically each time you start Autodesk Inventor.

	Current configuration file path
	The full file path of the active iPropWiz configuration is displayed in the iPropWiz Property Editor title bar.

Note: Some iPropWiz configurations may require an administrator password. If you select a configuration and are shown a password entry box, you must enter the iPropWiz administrator password to activate the configuration..
